Project’s main objectives and results:

eGov Foundation, was established in 2003. Our open source technology platform DIGIT enables digitised service delivery, automation of internal processes like works and file management and revenue collection. We currently operate in over 325 ULBs with over 5 crore citizens serviced, 50 lakh properties registered and more than 2.5 million grievances redressed across our platform as we create tangible impact in these cities. As a not-for-profit entity, our platform serves as a public good to transform India’s urban e-Governance and our mission is to transform 2000 cities/towns by 2020 by deploying our open source technology platform and applications.
