- Country (or countries) of implementation: Cambodia
Year when project started:
2016
Year when project ended:
Still ongoing
Project’s main objectives and results:
To support poor dwellers in Phnom Penh, the project strengthens their tenure security and right to adequate housing by providing alternatives to forced eviction. We support residents in understanding the status of their land title by using iTenure, a software that conducts legal analysis and evaluations of household-specific land claims. It produces a information package tailored for each resident, containing a map showing their house, a report and legal advice on how to strengthen a land claim.
