Project’s main objectives and results:

MAVC aimed to identify and support ideas on technological (mobile and digital tools and applications) innovations for enhancing accountable and responsive governance in 12 African and Asian countries. It managed to provide grants to 72 innovation projects, 38 scaling projects, 7 tech hubs and 61 research projects and generated 14 main lessons. For example, in Indonesia ‘Game My Village’ improved data collection on village infrastructures and enhanced citizen engagement with the local government
