OBJECTIVES

  1. Bridging the communication gap between citizens & leaders

  2. Providing a channel for citizens to contribute to decision making on issues that concern them

  3. Promoting access to information which empowers citizens to demand good governance and accountability


RESULTS

  1. Conducted 4 surveys in which 80,000 users have participated since 2017

  2. Between 500 – 1200 questions are sent monthly by users to leaders

  3. Between 315 – 400 weekly requests for contact details of leaders are made
